Cleanout Form

Thank you for your interest in Document Destruction Services, Inc. As an NAID certified organization, we provide the ultimate in protection and security to destroy your sensitive documents.

Our one-time purge service is designed for businesses that require a single clean-out of their unwanted documents and papers. Whether you have a yearly record purge, file room clean-out, or office move, we can accommodate any size project. You can choose if you want your documents shredded on-site with a mobile shred truck, or taken off-site for secure, facility-based shredding.

Off-Site Shredding

This service is ideal for businesses that need to securely destroy confidential papers but do not necessarily have to physically watch the documents being destroyed. This service involves one of our GPS tracked trucks picking up the material from your office, placing it into locked containers, and bringing it back to our secure plant to be weighed and shredded within 24 hours of arrival.

On-Site Shredding

This service is perfect for companies that have requirements for their documents be shredded on-site while they observe the process. Our mobile shred truck, equipped with an industrial shredder, quickly and efficiently shreds your materials right on the premises. NOTE: We cannot shred cardboard boxes with on-site service and we cannot take the boxes with us.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • All material MUST be centrally located, easily accessible, and not blocked by other material or furniture; drivers are not permitted to move personal property to access documents.
  • Drivers are NOT permitted to enter basements that are not drive-up accessible via concrete or asphalt.
  • Drivers are not permitted to move personal property to access documents or move boxes/material up and down stairs.
  • If documents/material show signs of pest infestation, the driver has a right to refuse pickup.
  • See attached list of items here that CAN and CAN NOT be placed in bins for shredding.
